Our approach
Four stages, one clear path from pain to performance.
Every patient moves through the same four stages — but the details are yours. We don't hand out protocols. We build plans.
1. Assessment
A 45–60 minute first visit. Detailed history, movement screen, and clear conversation about your goals. You leave with a working diagnosis and a plan — never a shrug.
2. Pain relief
Where hands-on work speeds recovery, we use it — manual therapy, mobilisation, dry needling. Not every session, and only where the evidence supports it.
3. Rehabilitation
Progressive loading, control work, and technique coaching. This is the phase most clinics rush — we don't. Real strength returns here.
4. Recovery & prevention
Return-to-activity testing, a maintenance programme, and the tools to spot early warning signs. Recovery is a habit, not an event.
What sessions look like
Longer visits. Fewer patients. More depth.
45–60 minute sessions
Enough time to treat, coach and question — not a rushed touch-and-go.
One patient at a time
You get the room and the therapist's full attention. Always.
Every plan reviewed weekly
We change what isn't working. Progress is measured, not assumed.
